It is clear that we are called to do good works. Not to earn our way into heaven, but by allowing the Holy Spirit to work in our lives that we may serve others. Since bringing the matter of outreach into our thinking and planning several years ago, Trinity Church has made significant strides in outreach, both within the parish and in the community of life. With the support of the entire parish family, a dedicated team of volunteers has done many things to bring the ministry of God's love to people in need throughout this area and beyond:

• Help for needy children
• School backpacks for foster care children
• A Christmas Angel tree
• The Adopted family program
• The bed program for children
• Cribs for children and toddlers
• The annual Mission trip
• Financial help for established programs
• Orphan sponsorship in Rwanda

Jesus has commanded that we should go- whether across the street or across the world- and make disciples. Our vision of outreach is to become a practical example of God's love for us. We will continue to strive to reach as many people as possible, both in this community and abroad. The money we allocate to outreach is extremely well spent, but even more important are the prayers offered by this church family.
